Scope of application<\/b><\/p>\n

The terms and conditions set forth in this document shall apply to the relationship between the visitor (hereinafter referred to as “Client”) and Sooz Hotel from the moment the reservation is requested until the end of the accommodation period at the hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the event of any omissions in the Terms and Conditions, Brazilian law in force shall apply.<\/span><\/p>\n

Contract conclusion<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. By requesting a room reservation, the Client makes an accommodation proposal to Sooz Hotel. If there are available rooms, Sooz Hotel will provide the Client with a reservation code.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. The Client is informed that room reservations at Sooz Hotel made through third parties (tour operators or online room reservation portals) require the issuance of a different reservation code than the one issued directly by Sooz Hotel, but it is equally valid.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Requests for room reservations made directly to Sooz Hotel or through third parties are not binding and do not obligate Sooz Hotel to enter into a contract with the Client. Sooz Hotel will always have the right to refuse to enter into a contract and provide a room at its sole discretion.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Sooz Hotel only guarantees the availability of a room in the reserved category and not the availability of a specific hotel room.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    III. Types of Reservations and Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. At Sooz Collection Hotel, the Client can make two types of reservations: “simple” reservations and “guaranteed” reservations.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. A simple reservation consists of reserving a room without the Client making any payment or providing a means of payment in advance.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. A guaranteed reservation consists of reserving a room accompanied by the provision, by the Client, of valid and complete credit card information or by the reservation accompanied by proof of bank transfer of the full price of the reserved accommodation.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. A simple reservation can be freely canceled by the Client, at no cost, until 7:00 pm on the day of the reservation.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. A simple reservation will automatically expire if the Client does not show up at the hotel by 7:00 pm on the day of the reservation. In this case, Sooz Hotel may immediately make the reserved room available to another Client without the Client who made the reservation being entitled to claim any compensation from Sooz Hotel under any circumstances.<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. A guaranteed reservation can be freely canceled by the Client up to 24 hours prior to check-in date, without any costs being charged, without prejudice to the specific conditions for trade fairs and special events set out in section XVIII.<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. If the cancellation request of the guaranteed reservation is made outside the stipulated deadline, the Client will be charged the price for the room on that day, and the reservation will be deemed canceled the next day. The same applies if the Client does not show up on the day of the reservation without canceling the reservation in advance.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Arrival and Departure<\/b><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. The Sooz Hotel will provide the Client with a room of the reserved category from the date of arrival or, if the Client has not made a reservation and hires the accommodation at the hotel reception, depending on the category requested and subject to hotel availability, starting at 2 p.m. and, at the latest, from 5 p.m. on the day of entry into the hotel.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Upon arrival at the hotel, the Client must immediately proceed to pay the price due for the room, number of nights of stay, and additional services.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Against the full payment of the price, the Sooz Hotel will provide the Client with an access code to the room that will remain valid during the contracted stay period.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. On the date of departure, the Client must vacate the room of persons and belongings and without any damage by 12 p.m. If the room is not vacated by 12 p.m. on the day of departure, compensation corresponding to the price of one night’s stay at the hotel will be immediately charged, having only the right to use the room during that period if the hotel has room availability, otherwise the Client must pay the compensation and leave the room as soon as possible.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Terms of Use<\/b><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Only the persons indicated in the accommodation reservation will be entitled to use the hotel room.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Clients must treat the hotel room with care and consideration.<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. The Client must treat other hotel guests with consideration and respect the hotel rules posted therein, if any, which are also part of the accommodation contract.<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. The Client is not allowed to cook food brought in, either in the hotel room or anywhere else on the hotel premises.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
        5. Children under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult Client at all times during their stay at the hotel.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
        6. Clients are advised not to keep any money, jewelry, or other valuables outside the safe in their hotel room or in their vehicle.<\/span><\/li>\n
        7. The Sooz Hotel provides clients with a safe in each hotel room where valuables can be stored.<\/span><\/li>\n
        8. The Sooz Hotel assumes no responsibility in the event of theft, loss, or deterioration of money, jewelry, or considerable valuables if such events occur in the hotel room or inside vehicles in the parking lot.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          VII. Access to the hotel room by the Sooz Hotel<\/b><\/p>\n

          The Sooz Hotel and its personnel will have the right to enter the hotel room, during the Client’s stay, in order to carry out cleaning, repair, and similar work.<\/span><\/p>\n

          VIII. Stay Price and Other Prices<\/b><\/p>\n

            \n
          1. The price of the stay to be paid by the Customer constitutes the consideration for the provision of the use of the hotel room during the period between arrival and departure.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. The total price of the stay will be charged per night, regardless of whether the Customer actually used the room or just spent the night.<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. The applicable rates are the agreed prices or the prices indicated in the Sooz Hotel price list in force on the date of the contract. Sooz Hotel shall have the right to increase or decrease prices if more than four months have elapsed between the date of the Customer’s reservation and the arrival date, or if any taxes, visitor contributions, or other charges are changed or introduced.<\/span><\/li>\n
          4. The rates and amounts indicated in the terms and accommodation contract are all subject to ISS, unless expressly stated otherwise.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Terms of Payment<\/b><\/p>\n

              \n
            1. The amount of the stay and additional service prices must be paid in advance, at the time the customer arrives at the hotel, regardless of the due date.<\/span><\/li>\n
            2. If the duration of the customer’s stay is not specified, the price of the stay and additional service prices for each night must be paid in advance by 12 noon.<\/span><\/li>\n
            3. In the case of stays without a specified departure date, failure to pay the stay and additional service prices as provided in the preceding paragraph shall result in the immediate termination of the contract and shall immediately require the customer to vacate the room and deliver it to Sooz Hotel free of people and belongings and in good condition.<\/span><\/li>\n
            4. Fees for additional services, within the meaning of paragraph 1, will include charges for parking, breakfast prices, and other charges that are not expressly mentioned in the accommodation contract but are part of the value of the stay.<\/span><\/li>\n
            5. Sooz accepts payment in Reais, transfers, CE Maestro, Visa Electron, and credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. Other methods of payment will only be allowed in exceptional cases with the consent promptly provided by Sooz Hotel.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Complaints regarding material defects<\/b><\/p>\n

                \n
              1. The Customer must inspect the hotel room immediately upon arrival and report any defects found at the hotel reception.<\/span><\/li>\n
              2. Any defects that arise during the stay must be reported to the hotel reception as soon as the customer becomes aware of them.<\/span><\/li>\n
              3. If it is found that there is indeed a defect in the customer’s room, Sooz Hotel has the right to choose between repairing it and relocating the customer to a room that is at least the same category as contracted with the customer.<\/span><\/li>\n
              4. For the aforementioned purposes, only serious defects that are likely to affect the level of service and quality of Sooz Hotel will be considered, and Sooz Hotel is not obliged to take any action in the case of irrelevant, unreasonable, or complaints related to details that do not conflict with the minimum level of contracted service.<\/span><\/li>\n
              5. If Sooz Hotel is unable to repair the relevant defect or replace the customer’s room with one of equivalent or superior category, the customer may only terminate the contract and receive the price paid for the room, without any further demand on Sooz Hotel for any reason.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Responsibility on the part of Sooz Hotel<\/b><\/p>\n

                Sooz Hotel will only be responsible for damages or losses incurred by the Customer when such events result from the negligent acts of Sooz Hotel.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

                Sooz Hotel assumes no responsibility for the loss of data provided by the Customer in the case of electronic transmission of payment data, being only responsible in case of negligence.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

                Sooz Hotel assumes no responsibility for damages or accidents that occur inside the room or any part of the hotel, except in cases where such accidents are due to the negligent acts of MOOV.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Sooz Hotel will not be considered responsible for any delay in the availability of the room, as long as there is a valid reason for the non-availability of the room.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Valid reasons that make it impossible or more difficult to provide the room will be considered, such as strikes, blockades, natural disasters, accidents in the room or hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n

                In case of delay in the availability of the room beyond 7:00 pm on the day of reservation, the Customer may freely terminate the contract without being entitled to demand any compensation from Sooz Hotel for any reason.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Sooz Hotel assumes no responsibility for acts committed by any hotel employee, except when they are in their normal working hours, duly identified and uniformed as an employee of the company.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Sooz Hotel assumes no responsibility and cannot be held liable for non-compliance with irrelevant obligations.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Sooz Hotel cannot be held responsible for any act or omission of any other Customer, even if it is likely to cause damage or harm to another Customer of the hotel. Any and all damages caused to third parties by hotel Customers will be solely their responsibility and completely unrelated to Sooz Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Sooz Hotel assumes no responsibility for any lost profits or indirect damages, even if resulting from non-compliance with the main obligation.<\/span><\/p>\n

                XII.Notification duty:<\/b><\/p>\n

                In case of theft or property damage, or in case of fire, water damage or other damages to the hotel room, the Customer must immediately inform the hotel staff and do everything possible to help resolve the theft or repair the damage.<\/span><\/p>\n

                XIV. Termination of accommodation contract:<\/b><\/p>\n

                  \n
                1. Sooz Hotel has the right to terminate the accommodation contract if the Customer does not pay the price in full and in advance at the time it is due or does not provide the required guarantee.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
                2. The Customer may notify the termination of the accommodation contract during their stay at any time until 7:00 pm, to take effect from 12:00 noon the following day.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
                3. Any contracting party may summarily terminate the accommodation contract for just cause.<\/span><\/li>\n
                4. Sooz Hotel will have the right to terminate the accommodation contract immediately for just cause if the Customer has any behavior that affects the good coexistence, peace or hygiene of the hotel, namely if during their stay at the hotel, the Customer is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, uses the hotel room for prostitution practices, acts offensively towards hotel staff or other hotel guests, disturbs the peace of other hotel guests, or has made malicious fake reservations in the past and\/or damaged or destroyed the hotel or its facilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Data protection:<\/b><\/p>\n

                    \n
                  1. The Customer is informed that their personal data will be stored and processed by Sooz Hotel and made available to affiliated companies of Sooz Hotel and selected service providers, in accordance with the law, for the purpose of executing the contract, for services to the Customer, and for their own advertising campaigns.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  2. The Customer grants Sooz Hotel the right to use affiliated companies and selected service providers to perform data processing and the right to transmit this personal data under this section to companies that allow them to store and process it.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  3. The Customer has the right to object at any time to the use of personal data for advertising purposes, and must therefore notify Sooz Hotel of this intention in writing.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  4. Unless otherwise required by law, the Customer’s personal data must be deleted when the accommodation contract ends and the legal retention periods have expired.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    XVI. General provisions:<\/b><\/p>\n

                      \n
                    1. The Terms and Conditions fully regulate the Customer’s stay at the hotel and the use of the room by the Customer.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    2. No verbal agreement has been reached during the accommodation contract, and any changes to the contract between the parties must necessarily be documented in writing and signed by both parties, unless it is a unilateral declaration, in which case it must be in writing and signed by the issuer.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    3. Sooz Hotel has the right to have third parties fulfill its obligations under the accommodation contract.<\/span><\/li>\n

                      TERMOS E CONDI\u00c7\u00d5ES<\/h1>

                      Os termos e condi\u00e7\u00f5es constantes do presente documento aplicar\u00e3o \u00e0 rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre o visitante (doravante denominado \u201cCliente\u201d) e o <\/span>Sooz Hotel<\/span> desde o momento em que a reserva \u00e9 solicitada e at\u00e9 ao momento em que termina o per\u00edodo de alojamento no hotel.<\/span><\/p>

                      No que os Termos e Condi\u00e7\u00f5es forem omissos aplicar\u00e1 a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira em vigor.<\/span><\/p>

                      Celebra\u00e7\u00e3o do Contrato<\/b><\/p>

                      1. Ao solicitar a reserva de um quarto, o Cliente faz uma proposta de alojamento ao <\/span>Sooz Hotel.<\/span> Se houver disponibilidade de quartos o<\/span> Sooz Hotel.<\/span> fornecer\u00e1 ao Cliente um c\u00f3digo de reserva.<\/span><\/li>
                      2. O Cliente fica informado de que as reservas de quartos em hot\u00e9is <\/span>Sooz Hotel<\/span> feitas atrav\u00e9s de terceiros (operadores tur\u00edsticos ou em portais de reserva de quartos na internet) determinam a emiss\u00e3o de um c\u00f3digo de reserva diferente do emitido diretamente pelo <\/span>Sooz Hotel<\/span>, sendo no entanto igualmente v\u00e1lido.<\/span><\/li>
                      3. As solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de reservas de quartos feitas diretamente ao <\/span>Sooz Hotel<\/span> ou por interm\u00e9dio de terceiros n\u00e3o s\u00e3o vinculativas nem obrigam o <\/span>Sooz Hotel<\/span> a celebrar contrato com o Cliente. O <\/span>Sooz Hotel<\/span> ter\u00e1 sempre o direito de se recusar a celebrar contrato e disponibilizar quarto a seu exclusivo crit\u00e9rio.<\/span><\/li>
                      4. O <\/span>Sooz Hotel<\/span> apenas garante ao Cliente a disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de um quarto da categoria reservada e n\u00e3o a disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de um quarto de hotel espec\u00edfico.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                        III.Tipologias de Reservas e respectivo cancelamento<\/b><\/p>

                        1. No Hotel Sooz Collection<\/span> o Cliente poder\u00e1 fazer dois tipos de reservas, <\/span>reservas \u201csimples\u201d e reservas \u201cgarantidas\u201d.<\/span><\/li>
                        2. Reserva simples consiste na reserva de um quarto<\/span> sem que para tanto seja feito previamente pelo Cliente qualquer pagamento ou fornecido um meio de pagamento.<\/span><\/li>
                        3. Reserva garantida consiste na reserva de um quarto acompanhada do fornecimento, por parte do Cliente, dos dados v\u00e1lidos e completos de um cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito, ou na reserva acompanhada do envio de comprovante de transfer\u00eancia banc\u00e1ria da totalidade do pre\u00e7o do alojamento reservado.<\/span><\/li>
                        4. A Reserva simples pode ser livremente cancelada pelo Cliente, sem quaisquer custos, at\u00e9 \u00e0s 19 horas do dia da reserva.<\/span><\/li>
                        5. A Reserva simples caducar\u00e1 automaticamente caso o Cliente n\u00e3o compare\u00e7a no hotel at\u00e9 \u00e0s 19 horas do dia da reserva, podendo, nesse caso, <\/span>o <\/span>Sooz Hotel<\/span> disponibilizar de imediato o quarto reservado a outro qualquer Cliente sem que o Cliente que efetuou a reserva possa reclamar qualquer compensa\u00e7\u00e3o do<\/span> Sooz Hotel<\/span> seja a que t\u00edtulo for.<\/span><\/li>
                        6. A Reserva garantida poder\u00e1 ser livremente cancelada pelo Cliente at\u00e9 \u00e0s 24 horas de anteced\u00eancia ao dia de check in, sem que quaisquer custos sejam cobrados, sem preju\u00edzo das condi\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas para per\u00edodos de feiras e eventos especiais previstas na se\u00e7\u00e3o XVIII.<\/span><\/li>
                        7. Caso o pedido de cancelamento da Reserva Garantida seja feito fora do prazo estipulado ser\u00e1 cobrado ao Cliente o pre\u00e7o devido pelo quarto naquele dia, ficando a reserva sem efeito no dia seguinte, o mesmo se aplicando se o Cliente n\u00e3o comparecer no dia da Reserva sem que tenha, antecipadamente cancelado a reserva feita.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                          \u00a0<\/span>Chegada e Partida<\/b><\/p>

                          1. O Sooz Hotel disponibilizar\u00e1 ao Cliente um quarto da categoria reservada a partir da data de chegada ou, caso o Cliente n\u00e3o tenha feito reserva e contrate o alojamento na recep\u00e7\u00e3o do hotel, em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da categoria pretendida e de acordo com a disponibilidade do hotel, em princ\u00edpio a partir das 14 horas e, o mais tardar, a partir das 17 horas do dia de entrada no hotel.<\/span><\/li>
                          2. Na chegada ao hotel o Cliente dever\u00e1 proceder de imediato ao pagamento do pre\u00e7o devido pelo quarto, n\u00famero de noites de estadia e servi\u00e7os adicionais.<\/span><\/li>
                          3. Contra o pagamento integral do pre\u00e7o o Sooz Hotel fornecer\u00e1 ao Cliente um c\u00f3digo de acesso ao quarto que se manter\u00e1 v\u00e1lido durante o per\u00edodo de estadia contratado.<\/span><\/li>
                          4. Na data da partida o Cliente ter\u00e1 que deixar o quarto desocupado de pessoas e bens e sem quaisquer danos at\u00e9 \u00e0s 12 horas.<\/span><\/li>
                          5. Caso o quarto n\u00e3o seja deixado at\u00e9 \u00e0s 12 horas do dia da partida, ser\u00e1 imediatamente cobrada uma compensa\u00e7\u00e3o correspondente ao pre\u00e7o de uma estadia de uma noite no hotel, tendo apenas direito a utilizar o quarto nesse per\u00edodo caso o hotel tenha disponibilidade de quartos, caso contr\u00e1rio ter\u00e1 que pagar a compensa\u00e7\u00e3o e abandonar o quarto o mais brevemente poss\u00edvel.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                            \u00a0<\/span>Termos de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/p>

                            1. Somente as pessoas indicadas na reserva de alojamento ter\u00e3o direito a usar o quarto de hotel.<\/span><\/li>
                            2. Os clientes devem tratar o quarto de hotel com cuidado e considera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li>
                            3. O Cliente deve tratar os outros clientes do hotel com considera\u00e7\u00e3o e respeitar as regras do hotel afixadas no mesmo, se for o caso, que tamb\u00e9m fazem parte do contrato de alojamento.<\/span><\/li>
                            4. O Cliente n\u00e3o tem permiss\u00e3o para cozinhar os alimentos trazidos, seja no quarto de hotel ou em qualquer outra parte das instala\u00e7\u00f5es do hotel.<\/span><\/li>
                            5. Crian\u00e7as menores de 14 anos de idade devem ser supervisionadas por um Cliente adulto em todos os momentos durante a sua estadia no hotel.<\/span><\/li>
                            6. \u00c9 recomendado ao cliente n\u00e3o manter fora do cofre do seu quarto ou em seu ve\u00edculo qualquer dinheiro, j\u00f3ias ou outros objetos de valor.<\/span><\/li>
                            7. O Sooz Hotel disponibiliza aos clientes um cofre em cada quarto do hotel no qual poder\u00e3o ser guardados objetos de valor.<\/span><\/li>
                            8. O Sooz Hotel n\u00e3o assume qualquer responsabilidade em caso de furto, perda ou deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o de dinheiro, j\u00f3ias ou objetos de valor consider\u00e1vel caso tais eventos tenham lugar no quarto de hotel ou no interior dos ve\u00edculos no local de estacionamento.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                              VII.O acesso ao quarto de hotel pelo<\/b> Sooz Hotel<\/p>

                              O Sooz Hotel e o seu pessoal ter\u00e3o o direito de entrar no quarto do hotel, durante a estadia do Cliente, a fim de realizar trabalhos de limpeza, repara\u00e7\u00f5es e similares.<\/span><\/p>

                              VIII.Pre\u00e7o da estadia e outros pre\u00e7os<\/b><\/p>

                              1. O pre\u00e7o da estadia a pagar pelo Cliente constitui a contrapartida pela disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do quarto de hotel, no per\u00edodo que medeia entre a chegada e a partida.<\/span><\/li>
                              2. O pre\u00e7o total da estadia ser\u00e1 cobrado por noite, independentemente de o Cliente realmente ter feito uso do quarto ou tenha apenas passado a noite.<\/span><\/li>
                              3. As taxas aplic\u00e1veis s\u00e3o os pre\u00e7os acordados ou o pre\u00e7o indicado na tabela Sooz Hotel de pre\u00e7os em vigor na data da celebra\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato. O Sooz Hotel ter\u00e1 o direito de aumentar ou reduzir os pre\u00e7os caso decorra um per\u00edodo de mais de quatro meses entre a data da reserva por parte do Cliente e da data de chegada ou se algum imposto, contribui\u00e7\u00f5es dos visitantes ou outros encargos sejam alterados ou introduzidos.<\/span><\/li>
                              4. As taxas e os montantes indicados nos termos e no contrato de alojamento s\u00e3o todos acrescidos de ISS, salvo disposi\u00e7\u00e3o expressa em contr\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                                Termos de pagamento<\/b><\/p>

                                1. Valor da estadia e pre\u00e7os de servi\u00e7os adicionais devem obrigatoriamente ser pagos antecipadamente, no momento em que o cliente chega ao hotel, independentemente da data de vencimento.<\/span><\/li>
                                2. Caso a dura\u00e7\u00e3o da estadia do cliente n\u00e3o esteja especificada, o pre\u00e7o da estadia e pre\u00e7os de servi\u00e7os adicionais para cada noite dever\u00e3o ser pagos antecipadamente at\u00e9 \u00e0s 12 horas.<\/span><\/li>
                                3. No caso de estadias sem data de partida especificada, o n\u00e3o pagamento do pre\u00e7o de estadia e servi\u00e7os adicionais nos termos constantes do n\u00famero anterior determina a imediata rescis\u00e3o do contrato e obriga, de imediato, o cliente a desocupar o quarto e a entreg\u00e1-lo ao o Sooz Hotel livre de pessoas e bens e em boas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li>
                                4. Taxas por servi\u00e7os adicionais, na acep\u00e7\u00e3o do n \u00ba 1 ser\u00e3o, por exemplo, encargos relativos ao estacionamento, os pre\u00e7os de caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3, e outros encargos que n\u00e3o est\u00e3o expressamente citados no contrato de alojamento, que fazem parte do valor da estadia.<\/span><\/li>
                                5. O Sooz aceita pagamento em Reais, transfer\u00eancias, CE Maestro, Visa Electron, e os cart\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito: Visa e MasterCard. Outros modos de pagamento s\u00f3 ser\u00e3o permitidos em casos excepcionais, com o consentimento pontualmente prestado pelo Sooz Hotel<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                                  Reclama\u00e7\u00f5es relativas a defeitos de material<\/b><\/p>

                                  1. O Cliente deve inspecionar o quarto do hotel logo na chegada e reportar de imediato os defeitos eventualmente encontrados na recep\u00e7\u00e3o do hotel.<\/span><\/li>
                                  2. Quaisquer defeitos que venham a surgir durante a estadia devem ser comunicados na recep\u00e7\u00e3o do hotel assim que o cliente tome conhecimento.<\/span><\/li>
                                  3. Verificando-se que efetivamente existe um defeito no quarto do Cliente, o <\/span>Sooz Hotel tem<\/span> o direito de optar entre a sua repara\u00e7\u00e3o e realojar o Cliente em quarto que tenha pelo menos a mesma categoria contratada <\/span>com o Cliente.<\/span><\/li>
                                  4. Para os efeitos supramencionados ser\u00e3o apenas considerados defeitos s\u00e9rios e suscept\u00edveis de colocarem em causa o n\u00edvel de servi\u00e7o e qualidade Sooz Hotel, n\u00e3o sendo o Sooz Hotel obrigado a tomar quaisquer provid\u00eancias caso se trate de queixas irrelevantes, irrazo\u00e1veis ou que se prendam com detalhes que n\u00e3o colidam com o n\u00edvel m\u00ednimo de servi\u00e7o contratado.<\/span><\/li>
                                  5. Caso o Sooz Hotel n\u00e3o tenha meios de proceder \u00e0 repara\u00e7\u00e3o do defeito relevante ou de substituir o quarto do Cliente por outro de categoria equivalente ou superior, este poder\u00e1, apenas, rescindir o contrato e receber o pre\u00e7o pago pelo quarto, nada mais podendo exigir do Sooz Hotel seja a que titulo for.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                                    Responsabilidade por parte do Sooz Hotel<\/b><\/p>

                                    O Sooz Hotel apenas ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel por danos ou perdas do Cliente quando tais fatos resultarem da atua\u00e7\u00e3o culposa do Sooz Hotel<\/span><\/p>

                                    O Sooz Hotel n\u00e3o assume qualquer responsabilidade por perda de dados fornecidos pelo Cliente em caso de transmiss\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nica de dados de pagamento sendo apenas respons\u00e1vel perante este caso exista atua\u00e7\u00e3o culposa<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

                                    O Sooz Hotel n\u00e3o assume qualquer responsabilidade por danos ou acidentes ocorridos no interior do quarto ou de qualquer parte do hotel salvo se tais acidentes tiverem como origem atua\u00e7\u00e3o culposa do MOOV.<\/span><\/p>

                                    O Sooz Hotel n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 considerado respons\u00e1vel perante o Cliente em caso de atraso na disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do quarto com tanto haja motivo v\u00e1lido para a n\u00e3o disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o antecipada do quarto.<\/span><\/p>

                                    Para os efeitos do n\u00famero anterior ser\u00e3o considerados motivos v\u00e1lidos que tornem imposs\u00edvel ou mais dif\u00edcil a disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do quarto como sejam, nomeadamente, greves, bloqueios, cat\u00e1strofes naturais, acidentes no pr\u00f3prio quarto ou no hotel.<\/span><\/p>

                                    Em caso de atraso na disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do quarto para al\u00e9m das 19 horas do dia da reserva, o Cliente pode livremente rescindir o contrato sem que tenha direito <\/span>de exigir qualquer compensa\u00e7\u00e3o do Sooz Hotel seja a que t\u00edtulo for.<\/span><\/p>

                                    O Sooz Hotel n\u00e3o assume qualquer responsabilidade por atos praticados por qualquer trabalhador do hotel, salvo se este estiver no seu per\u00edodo normal de trabalho, devidamente identificado e uniformizado como trabalhador da empresa.<\/span><\/p>

                                    O Sooz Hotel n\u00e3o assume qualquer responsabilidade nem poder\u00e1 em qualquer caso ser responsabilizado por n\u00e3o cumprimento de obriga\u00e7\u00f5es irrelevantes.<\/span><\/p>

                                    O Sooz Hotel n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 em qualquer caso ser responsabilizado por ato ou omiss\u00e3o de outro qualquer Cliente, mesmo que este seja suscept\u00edvel de causar danos ou preju\u00edzos a outro Cliente do hotel. Todos e quaisquer danos causados a terceiros por Clientes do hotel ser\u00e3o da exclusiva responsabilidade destes e completamente estranhos ao Sooz Hotel.<\/span><\/p>

                                    O Sooz Hotel<\/span> n\u00e3o assume responsabilidade perante o Cliente por quaisquer lucros cessantes ou preju\u00edzos indiretos mesmo que resultantes de falta de cumprimento de obriga\u00e7\u00e3o principal.<\/span><\/p>

                                    XII.Dever de notifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/p>

                                    No caso de furto ou de danos de propriedade ou, em caso de inc\u00eandio, danos causados pela \u00e1gua ou outros danos ao quarto do hotel, o Cliente dever\u00e1 informar imediatamente os funcion\u00e1rios do hotel e fazer de tudo para ajudar na resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do roubo ou a repara\u00e7\u00e3o do dano.<\/span><\/p>

                                    XIV.T\u00e9rmino do contrato de alojamento<\/b><\/p>

                                    1. O <\/span>Sooz Hotel<\/span> tem o direito de rescindir o contrato de alojamento caso o Cliente n\u00e3o pague integral e antecipadamente o pre\u00e7o no momento em que este \u00e9 devido ou n\u00e3o providencie a garantia exigida.<\/span><\/li>
                                    2. O Cliente poder\u00e1 notificar a rescis\u00e3o do contrato de alojamento durante a sua estadia em qualquer altura at\u00e9 \u00e0s 19 horas, para ter efeitos a partir de 12 horas no dia seguinte.<\/span><\/li>
                                    3. Qualquer parte contratante pode rescindir o contrato de alojamento sumariamente por justa causa.<\/span><\/li>
                                    4. O Sooz Hotel ter\u00e1<\/span> o direito de rescindir imediatamente o contrato de alojamento por justa causa se o Cliente tiver algum comportamento que afete a boa conviv\u00eancia, sossego ou higiene do hotel, nomeadamente se durante a sua estadia no hotel, o Cliente estiver sob a influ\u00eancia de drogas ou \u00e1lcool, usar do quarto de hotel para pr\u00e1ticas de prostitui\u00e7\u00e3o, atuar ofensivamente para os funcion\u00e1rios do hotel ou para outros clientes do hotel, perturbar a paz de outros clientes do hotel, ou, no passado, tenha feito reservas falsas mal intencionadas e\/ou danificado ou destru\u00eddo o hotel ou suas instala\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                                      \u00a0<\/span>Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de dados<\/b><\/p>

                                      1. O Cliente \u00e9 informado de que os seus dados pessoais ser\u00e3o armazenados e processados pelo <\/span>Sooz Hotel<\/span> e disponibilizados \u00e0s empresas associadas do <\/span>Sooz Hotel<\/span> e selecionados prestadores de servi\u00e7os, em conformidade com a Lei, para efeitos de execu\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato, para os servi\u00e7os para com o Cliente e para as suas campanhas de publicidade pr\u00f3prias.<\/span><\/li>
                                      2. O Cliente confere ao <\/span>Sooz Hotel<\/span> o direito de utilizar empresas associadas e selecionados prestadores de servi\u00e7os para realizar o processamento de dados e o direito de transmitir esses dados pessoais ao abrigo desta se\u00e7\u00e3o para as empresas que lhes permitam armazenar e processar.<\/span><\/li>
                                      3. O Cliente tem o direito de se opor a qualquer momento para o uso de dados pessoais para fins publicit\u00e1rios, devendo para tanto dar conta dessa sua inten\u00e7\u00e3o por escrito ao<\/span> Sooz Hotel.<\/span><\/li>
                                      4. Salvo legisla\u00e7\u00e3o em contr\u00e1rio, os dados pessoais do Cliente devem ser exclu\u00eddos quando o contrato de alojamento terminar e os per\u00edodos de reten\u00e7\u00e3o legal tiverem expirado.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                                        XVI.Disposi\u00e7\u00f5es gerais<\/b><\/p>

                                        1. Os Termos e Condi\u00e7\u00f5es regulam na \u00edntegra a estadia do Cliente no hotel e a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do quarto por parte deste.<\/span><\/li>
                                        2. Nenhum acordo verbal foi alcan\u00e7ado ao longo do contrato de alojamento todas e quaisquer altera\u00e7\u00f5es ao contrato entre as partes ter\u00e1 necessariamente que constar de documento escrito e assinado por ambas, salvo se se tratar de declara\u00e7\u00e3o unilateral devendo nesse caso constar de documento escrito assinado pelo emitente.<\/span><\/li>
                                        3. O <\/span>Sooz Hotel ter\u00e1 o direito<\/span> de ter terceiros a exercer o cumprimento das suas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es ao abrigo e no \u00e2mbito do contrato de alojamento.<\/span><\/li>
                                        4. A nulidade de uma ou mais das disposi\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores n\u00e3o prejudica a validade das disposi\u00e7\u00f5es restantes. A disposi\u00e7\u00e3o inv\u00e1lida ser\u00e1 substitu\u00edda pela disposi\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00e1lida, o mais aproximado das inten\u00e7\u00f5es comerciais e legais das partes ou caso tal n\u00e3o seja poss\u00edvel pela legisla\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira em vigor.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
