Legitimate basis for processing
The legitimate basis for processing is the fulfillment of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship established with our clients, as well as the consent given and, in its absence, the legitimate interest in sending information that we consider of interest.

Communications to third parties, Confidentiality
We inform that Endutex Hotels does not communicate your data to third parties and maintains absolute confidentiality about the information regarding your contacts or clients. Endutex Hotels will only communicate your data to third parties in the event that such data communication is necessary for the provision of services.

Data retention
Endutex Hotels will keep the data provided as long as it maintains the contractual relationship that motivated its treatment or during the years necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve responsibilities that may arise, and while the recipient does not exercise their right to deletion or opposition to treatment.

Rights of data subjects
You will have all the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of treatment, portability and to file complaints that, according to your rights, must be directed to the corresponding supervisory authority.
